Who We Are & What We Do
Altruest Services LLC is owned and operated by a duo of experienced Care Coordinators with over a decade of combined practice working with participants on the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Program and have been working with the Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Program since its launch. We understand the complexities of the CFSS program and it’s our mission to thoroughly educate participants and their representatives about the Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) program allowing them to make informed decisions. We will also support them in writing their person-centered CFSS Service Delivery Plan (SDP) and provide additional information, instruction, quality improvement guidance, and support as needed throughout the year.

We are both licensed social workers in the state of Minnesota with extensive experience as Care Managers and Care Coordinators, helping individuals arrange services and supports that enable them to live successfully and independently in their homes.
We founded this company with a shared mission: to help individuals and families better understand their CFSS options and feel empowered to make informed decisions that support independent living.
